Compass placed the most honorees on The 100 with 14, followed by Douglas Elliman at 11 and Coldwell Banker Realty at 9. Three firms account for roughly a third of the entire national list.
Luxury builds benches
The concentration is not an accident. The firms at the top of this list have spent a decade assembling luxury rosters, and luxury is where the largest single transactions live. A brokerage that recruits and retains ten agents each doing a quarter-billion in volume will dominate a production ranking by construction.
