Realty Women Icons
We exist to name, rank, and celebrate the women defining residential real estate in America, with the rigor of a production report and the care of a profile.
What we are
Realty Women Icons is an independent recognition program for women in residential real estate. Each year we compile closed production across all fifty states and publish rankings (fifty deep per state, plus a national list, The 100) alongside editorial coverage of the people and teams behind the numbers.
The women we feature range from national record-holders to the market leaders quietly running their own towns. If she is moving her market, she belongs here.
What we believe
Recognition in this industry has long trailed the reality of who does the work. Women close an enormous share of American real estate and lead many of its fastest-growing teams, yet the honor rolls have been slow to say so.
Our answer is not a popularity contest. It is a ranking built on production: homes actually sold, for real clients, in a real year.
Methodology
Closed production, 2025
Rankings are ordered by closed sales volume for the 2025 production year, with transaction sides shown alongside so pace and price are both visible.
Individuals and teams
We rank individual agents and, separately, woman-led teams (groups founded and led by women) so operators who run businesses are not measured against soloists.
Fifty states, fifty deep
Every state receives its own ranking of the top fifty women, so recognition reflects the whole country and not only its coasts.
Third-party data
Production figures are compiled from third-party industry sources and public records. Figures reflect the best data available at publication and may be revised.
